I have proudly served as a State Farm agent for 38 years, establishing my career in 1987. My commitment to our customers has been recognized with the Crystal Excellence Agent Qualifier award for over 26 years, a testament to our profitable and customer-focused approach. Alongside me, my State Farm qualified staff brings over 45 years of combined experience, ensuring exceptional customer service in every interaction. Beyond the office, I am a past Red Cross Board Member and a current Chamber of Commerce member, actively supporting community events throughout our area. We also offer convenient Notary Public services right here in our office.

My roots run deep in Missouri. I was born in Kansas City and moved to Mountain Grove in 1952, growing up on a farm and graduating from Mountain Grove High School in 1968. My path then led me to college in Springfield, where I later worked as a paralegal for a law firm and for Missouri State University until 1977. That year, I made the move to the Rolla area, and it has been my cherished home ever since. My journey with State Farm began shortly after, and I’ve been dedicated to serving this community ever since. In my personal life, I love spending time with my five grandchildren, reading, gardening, and traveling. Our office even has a special visitor, Max, my micro mini doodle, who often frequents the office and is always happy to greet customers.

Our staff consists of Travis Malone, Kate Burman, Shaynoah Hoskins along with Agent Kathy McKay, we bring over 45 years combined experience serving you, our State Farm Customers.

We are often seen celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and other milestones along with silly national holidays. We have a full-size Jake (from State Farm!) cutout in our office that we like to include in all our activities. Our Facebook page is full of photos of the staff, funny jokes, and info on our different insurance products.
